Which is booking process and cancellation policy?
Booking Process:
Step 1: Click the "Book Now" button on the website and select your photoshoot session.
Step 2: Select your preferred date and book (no payment).
Step 3: We’ll discuss further details about the photoshoot (location, time,…).
Step 4: To confirm your booking and reserve the date, a deposit of €50 is required before the photoshoot.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled date.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, the deposit will be non-refundable.
In case of bad weather, you can always reschedule or cancel the photoshoot without any extra charge.
What to wear for the photoshoot?
It’s important to feel comfortable and confident during your photoshoot. Here are some tips for different settings:
1. Beach Shoot:
Light and airy fabrics like linen or cotton are ideal, as they flow beautifully with the breeze.
Choose light colors like white, soft blues, or sandy beige to complement the beach backdrop.
Consider wearing a swimsuit cover-up, sundress, or casual shorts for a relaxed vibe.
Footwear: going barefoot enhances the beachy feel.
2. City Shoot:
In the city, it depends on the vibe we want to showcase.
If you're aiming for a more vibrant, energetic look, I would go for colors like red or yellow.
If you prefer a cozy, neutral vibe, I would choose more neutral colors like white, black, beige, gray, and light blue.
Dressier outfits can add sophistication, such as tailored jackets, chic blouses, or fitted pants.
Accessories with hats, scarves, or statement jewelry to add flair.
Footwear: sneakers, casual shoes
3. Family Shoot:
Coordinate outfits by choosing a color palette for the whole family without being too "matchy." For example, select 2-3 complementary colors.
Opt for white or pastel colors to create a soft, harmonious look and consider light shades like baby blue, lavender, or mint green for a fresh vibe.
Avoid busy patterns or logos, as they can be distracting in group photos.
How does the payment process work?
To reserve your photoshoot session, a deposit of 50 EUR is required. This deposit secures your date. You can pay the deposit via the Wise app or Bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid either:
In cash on the day of the photoshoot
Via Wise app or Bank transfer before you receive your final pictures.
I’ll provide you the payment link.
How will I receive the pictures?
You’ll receive your pictures within 2-3 weeks (depends on the season) after the photoshoot through an online gallery called Vigbo. I will send you a link to access the gallery, along with a pincode for downloading your pictures.
Which locations you can recommend?
Beach Locations:
Três Irmãos: A beautiful beach with natural arches and options for shooting on top of the cliff. Best visited at low tide, but if there is seaweed, we will need to choose another location.
Praia da Coelha: A smaller, cozy beach with the option to shoot on top of the cliff, providing a charming atmosphere for your pictures.
Praia do Barranco das Belharcas: Known for its beautiful red rocks and stunning structure, this location offers great variation for your pictures.
City Locations:
Silves: Rich in history with charming streets and a stunning castle.
Ferragudo: A quaint fishing village with colorful houses and lovely views.
Albufeira: Features cozy white streets adorned with plants and has a rich historical charm.
Of course, I’m always open to finding new places and exploring more of the Algarve for our shoots!
Which languages do you speak?
I was born in Belgium, so my mother tongue is Dutch. I also speak English.
When is the best time for a photoshoot?
The majority of my photoshoots are scheduled during sunrise or one hour before sunset. This is because the natural light during these times is soft and creates beautiful colors, with less harsh light and shadows.
When you book your session, we’ll discuss the best time to start based on your needs. I’ll ensure the timing works perfectly for your photoshoot!
